Best: 2012 Rihanna stepped it up on a throne emerging from a gigantic laser beam-shooting cobra's mouth. Panic! At the Disco Worst: 2006 The emo outfits were in full swing. Best: 2008 With suaver-looking outfits, the band even looks to be having more fun. 2 Chainz Worst: 2012 On the red carpet with over the top gold pants and ... a coffee cup? Best: 2013 2 Chainz found a better way to wear gold. Fifth Harmony Worst: 2013 At their first-ever VMA red carpet, the band didn't quite have a polished look. Best: 2014 What a difference a year makes. The ladies looks cohesive and grown-up on the 2014 red carpet. Best: 2015 Before releasing "Famous," he made it all better by publicly making up with Taylor. Beyoncé Worst: 2004 The hair. Oh jeez, the hair. Beyoncé proved that even she can suffer from a bad hair day. Best: 2009 She served energy and iconic dance moves to one of the biggest songs of the year, "Single Ladies." Justin Bieber Worst: 2010 To his credit, Justin was young. But his look for the 2010 show was probably a #tbt he'd rather forget. Best: 2015 Choreography on a trampoline. Enough said. Adele Worst: 2011 She proved that her voice isn't the only thing larger than life when she stepped on the red carpet with a gigantic hair-do. Best: 2011 Adele made her worst VMA her best, when she swapped her hair and dress just in time for her performance. Drake Worst: 2012 Drake showed up to the 2012 VMA in a tie-dyed shirt that looked to be demonic.
