The angry diner is pushed to the ground during a struggle with three employees. When she gets up, a kitchen worker wearing a surgical mask punches her in the face three times. Stunned customers intervened to stop more violence – although one claimed a worker threatened them with a machete at the taco eaterie in Queretaro, central Mexico. Today the restaurant said it had sacked the employee who hit the woman customer and taken disciplinary action against the other two over the Saturday night incident.
