Paedo in Michigan who abused girl tries to stab prosecutor in court room

A Michigan man convicted of sexually assaulting a 10-year-old girl in a cemetery launched himself towards a prosecutor in a courtroom attack. Joshua Harding, 35, was sentenced Wednesday after being convicted of second-degree criminal sexual conduct. The paedophile lunges at the prosecutor with a blade he’d hidden up his sleeve as the jury returned with their verdict. The courtroom attack, captured on video, wasn’t mentioned during sentencing. Perverted Harding was sentenced to 20 years in prison for the sexual offence. Video shows assistant prosecutor Jonathan Roth got out of the way at the last second on Aug. 2 while officers tackled and subdued Harding, who lunged at Roth with a metal shank. Officers were able to restrain him and prevent any injury to Roth. State authorities are reviewing reports of the court room attack and it’s believed Harding will appear in court again to face charges relating to the incident. | Metro News via IFTTT
